At Connected Skills, several MSP services are utilized by our customers. Therefore, when booking a consultant, you will be able to see which MSP provider the specific customer has.
The MSP provider is always responsible for drafting contracts and managing everything after the booking in Connected Skills has occurred. Connected Skills automatically sends all information about a booking to the selected MSP provider, who then contacts both parties, the requester, and the provider for the contract of the consulting service. (Connected Skills is not part of that agreement.)
Usually, the agreement is already available for review before the presentation of the candidate to avoid any contractual regulations hindering a potential delivery of the consulting service.
If you have other questions regarding MSP in Connected Skills, feel free to contact our support. If you have questions about any detail in an MSP agreement, we refer you to the MSP provider.
